- Check out an amazing frisbee catch. Seriously, it's amazing.
- I didn't think I'd be seeing any arguments for Boise State in the championship game this year, but here's one. Hey, I think it'd be more entertaining than another LSU-Alabama game where I fall asleep midway through the game and wake up to find that nothing has changed.
- Apparently most Android phones have some sort of spyware on them automatically. Wonder what will come of this.

QotD: "Tonight, my butt is sore." - Coach K, after Duke lost by 22 points to Ohio State. Sure, he had been talking about how they got their butts kicked, but it's still funny.
i would've caught that... and then drowned
ReplyDelete:insert Brad comment about how great 9-6 games are and how everyone should have a uniform like Alabama:
ReplyDeleteso the spyware company's just spitting the data back to the phone carrier? doesn't seem like that big of a deal unless the carrier actually does something invasive with the information -- seeing as how google facebook etc already pull a lot of info about you to customize advertisements
ReplyDeletemust be why I always get "looking for single babes in your area" ads. BOOM!
ReplyDeleteI'll fully admit LSU-Bama's 9-6 barn burner was a pretty shitty game and I have no desire to see a rematch. However, that's for different reasons than the original one was crappy, but that's a story for another day.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Alabama has great uniforms.
I'm not very concerned about the phone company doing something with my data, since I'm not really sure there's much for them to do. But the simple fact that the information is being shared with them without my consent is an issue. Especially if there are passwords and such included.
ReplyDeletemeg doesn't read five things foolio
ReplyDeletewell think of all the passwords you need for other stupid websites... yeah the consent thing is definitely a problem but the internet is one big nonconsensual explosion esp with hooking into unsecured wi-fi -- it's bad that they're doing it and that they're doing it formally as opposed to like a hacker stealing your info but i don't think it's really an issue more than like being opposed to high taxes
