- I am constantly hearing/reading about people who receive too much email. It's so bad, they say, that to have an inbox with 0 new messages is not possible. I don't doubt that this problem is real, and in no way do I want to have it. If you do have it, do you think email is a problem that can't be solved?

- If everyone lived by The Whisky Rule, the world would be an incredibly better place.

- The 30.

- Enjoy this live-action Metroid movie.

- Here's Chris Ryan on how to fix the monstrosity that is All-Star Break.

  2. maybe getting too much email is a "real" problem -- i doubt it -- but if it took this guy until now to realize he doesn't have to respond to every single one or that he can use alternative response methods then it's his own fault he's drowning in a sea of email

  5. I think most people (including me) dislike that the All-Star Game determines home field advantage for the World Series. In other sports, that's usually determined by which of the two teams had the better regular season record. I can kind of understand wanting to use an AL vs NL matchup such as the ASG to be the judge, but it's just not taken seriously enough to let it decide anything important.

  6. I've met some people that get tons and tons of email, but I don't know what causes them to get so much or how they handle it. I bet part of the problem is the person receiving the emails.

  7. yeah that's so weird! i only scanned the article but i don't think i saw anyone propose a solution to that??? just like asg alternatives or if they did were any of them better than a coin toss anyway or what's your real answer to determining home field advantage
