- If you want to get in shape but are too lazy/busy to spend lots of time working out, there may be a workable solution.

- Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) is not very good, so why not look forward to 10.8 (Mountain Lion)?
UPDATE 1 - For those who are currently suffering through Lion, perhaps the new Messages app will make things better.
UPDATE 2 - Looks like I won't be able to run it, anyway. Oh well, FU Apple.

- I know I've mentioned the MWC - C-USA merger here a few times before, but I still want to pass along this article, which I found amusing. Naming the new conference "Them" would be more than appropriate.

- Apparently in the real world, Seinfeld's George Steinbrenner would have been fired, much like the St. John's senior associate athletic director was for scalping tickets.

- A man had a heart attack while eating at the Heart Attack Grill. Makes sense.
